Raul Monteagudo Garza

Raul Monteagudo Garza, 69, of Belvidere passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2020. Born April 9, 1950 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Vicente Monteagudo Urbina and Carolina Garza Trevino. Married Margarita Robles Avila on July 18, 1981. A member of the Community of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Raul loved cars and car rides. He was known for his quick wit, optimism, happiness and encouraging others to stand up for themselves. Raul had many friends both young and old. He also had a strong faith in Jehovah God.

Survivors include wife, Margarita; children, Nidia Carolina, Jael Yessica Monteagudo, Raul Monteagudo, Jr.; grandchild, Eli and one on the way; and sister, Maricela Monteagudo Garza. Predeceased by parents; brother, Ariel Monteagudo; and sister, Sara Lidia Monteagudo.

Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2020 in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 5995 Marengo Road, Belvidere.
