Phillip Ellison Obituary

Phillip J. Ellison, 59, of Rockford, passed away March 12, 2019. He was born on May 28, 1959 in Rockford to J.C. and Deloris Sue Ann (Armstrong) Ellison. Phillip had a passion for riding his motorcycle and was an avid Detroit Lions, Tigers and Red Wings fan.

Survivors include his brother, Bruce (Teri) Ellison; nephew, Eric Ellison; great-nephew, Henry Ellison; aunt, Barbara Ann Sealey-Cole; half-sister, Tena; numerous cousins. Predeceased by his parents.

A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the SM & SF Club, 1010 Sandy Hollow Rd., Rockford, Illinois 61109 with a last ride from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
