Kevin Dehart Obituary

Kevin P. Dehart, 63, of Rockford, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019. He was born on August 8, 1956 in Rockford to Herschel and Mary (Hovis) Dehart.

He is survived by his children, William and Kimberly (Dehart) Phillips, and Kristopher and Kristina Dehart; his grandchildren, Sophia, Julia, and Mitchell Dehart; sister, Sharon (Dehart) Bird. He’s also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and very close friends, most of all, his best friend and companion his beloved puppy, Izzy. He is predeceased by his parents Herschel and Mary (Hovis) Dehart, his sister Ruth (Dehart) Lawson, and his daughter Kelly Dehart.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at Owly Oop Sports Bar on December 15, 2019 at 12:00 p.m.
