D. Arlene Allen, 83, of Rockford passed away Monday, May 13, 2019. Born June 19, 1935 in Pierre, SD to Oliver and Eva (Staller) Collins. Employed as a nurse for the state of Illinois.

Survivors include children, David (Connie) Allen, Valerie Jones, Randall Allen, Rodney Allen; grandchildren, David, Bryant, Ryan, Aaron, Dustin, Heather, Mark, Chris; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Delda Burrow; fiancé, Wayne Henson; and father of her children, Roger Allen. Predeceased by brother, Earl; and sister, Enola.

Per Arlene’s wishes no services are to be held.
